The DAAD Regional Office Tunis offers on a regular base training modules in cooperation with the DAAD Kairo Akademie (DKA).

The following two modules are now available:

1. Research Process: Overview and Principles (PhD und Master)

The module provides an overview over the principles of scientific work as a creative process. Drawing on the experiences of the participants, the workshop encourages to reflect on questions such as the role of the researcher and the relation between scientific theory, methods, data and analysis.

When? September 17^th, 2024

2. AI In Higher Education

Throughout this interactive course, the trainer will delve into practical activities and provide valuable insights into the ethical considerations surrounding the use of AI in teaching and learning. The course was designed according to the UNESCO framework and guidelines for AI in education.

When? September 18^th, 2024.

Target group: Faculty members, lecturers and instructors from Algeria, Libya, Morocco and Tunisia

Both trainings will be held online and entirely in English and a good command of English (minimum B2 level) is essential for participation.

The selection of participants is based on the quality of the applications submitted.
