The HAQAA3 is a project that supports and strengthens Harmonisation, Accreditation and Quality Assurance in Africa. The new third phase of theses project led by OBREAL Global, Association of African Universities, ENQA and DAAD Germany will focus on 5 working areas:

1. Higher Education Data for Policy
2. African Credit Transfer System
3. Internal and External Quality Assurance
4. Support the Pan-African Quality Assurance and Accreditation Agency
5. Regional Integration and Policy Dialogue

It is implemented on behalf of the African Union and the European Commission, and the continuation and extension of the work done under HAQAA1 and HAQAA2.
